# Privacy Policy

Steel City Tech Software LLC ("Steel City Tech," "we") operates https://www.steelcitytech.us. This policy describes the information we collect when you use the marketing site, the contact form, or a career application, and how to reach us about that data.

## Information we collect

- **Project inquiries.** The contact form collects first name, last name, email, optional phone, optional company name, and the project description you write. A hidden honeypot field and a short completion timer are used only to ignore automated spam.
- **Career applications.** Applications collect name, email, phone, the role you are applying for, and any resume or notes you attach or paste.
- **Technical logs.** Our email and hosting providers may see IP address, user agent, and timestamps when a form is submitted or a page is requested.
- **Advertising measurement.** The site loads Google Ads tagging (`AW-18130458822`), which may store cookies or similar identifiers to measure ads and conversions.

We do not create customer accounts on this website. We do not sell personal information.

## How we use information

We use inquiry and application data to reply, scope work, evaluate candidates, and — when a project lead is accepted — optionally create a Stripe customer record so billing can start later. Email is sent through our SMTP provider to hello@steelcitytech.us or careers@steelcitytech.us.

## Sharing

We share data with the processors needed to run the site: email delivery, cloud hosting (AWS Amplify / CloudFront), and Stripe when a customer record is created. We do not sell lists to marketers.

## Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and application records as long as needed to respond and to meet tax or legal duties, then delete or archive them. You can email hello@steelcitytech.us to ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion. Browser controls can limit advertising cookies.
