# Delivery Process

Four phases: discovery, focused execution, readiness review, then handoff or ongoing support.

1. **Discovery** — Align on goals, users, system context, constraints, budget, and timeline.
2. **Focused execution** — Ship in increments with transparent updates and practical tradeoffs.
3. **Readiness review** — Performance, reliability, accessibility, usability, and operational readiness.
4. **Handoff or ongoing support** — Documentation and knowledge transfer, or retained maintenance and product updates.
